The Platform is a one-stop information and coordination service platform for Chinese medical resources going global, providing resource matching, compliant channels, payment and reception organization and facilitation across its three scenarios: Medical Travel & Health Check, Academic Exchange & Clinical Training, and Medical Industry Trade.
The Platform is not a medical institution and does not provide diagnosis or treatment directly; all medical acts are performed by qualified medical institutions within the territory of China, which bear the corresponding medical responsibility.

- Do not use the Platform for false advertising, illegal transactions, or any conduct that infringes the rights of others.
3. Booking, Quotes and Settlement
- The Platform matches resources based on the materials you submit and provides a service quote range once the plan is confirmed.
- Hospital charges and service fees are listed separately; service fees are settled uniformly by the Platform.
- Travel and reception services commence after payment is confirmed; specific refund and change rules are subject to the confirmation order.
4. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the Platform’s text, graphics, logos, page designs, and code belong to us or the rights holders, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
For service changes or delays caused by force majeure or third-party reasons (including hospital schedule adjustments, visa or border-control policy changes, and flight cancellations), the Platform will assist within a reasonable scope but assumes no liability for resulting indirect losses.
6. Service Changes and Termination
We may adjust or upgrade Platform features; material changes will be announced in advance. If you violate these Terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate services to you.
